Conventional technology Traditionally, one of the most popular Western confectionery is the waffle. This waffle is a confectionery made by folding an elliptical skin similar to that of a castella cake and wrapping it around a filling such as jam or cream. It is. The characteristic of Watsuful is that it has uneven patterns and letters (hereinafter referred to as uneven patterns, etc.) formed on the surface of the skin. The method is to form the mold as a mold, inject the dough into the recess of the mold, and then bake it. however,
If the baking mold has a recess like a mouth, it is extremely difficult to smoothly peel the baked dough from the recess unless oil as a mold release agent is evenly applied to the recess.

This hole shows that although Watsuful is a confectionery that is consumed by human beings, it is not produced automatically in a continuous flow, and is usually handmade, and even if it is automated, it is only semi-automatic at best. . In other words, the manufacturing process for Watsuful includes pouring the dough into the baking mold cavity, baking, removing the baked dough from the baking mold cavity, cooling the baking dough, and placing contents such as jam on the baking dough. It consists of various steps such as , combining the baking dough, etc. .

However, no conventional Watsufule manufacturing apparatus has been proposed that is configured to include all of these processes in a series, and generally only apparatuses that automate only the baking process have been proposed and implemented.

In these devices, since the baking mold formed on each endlessly connected baking plate is formed as a recess, the baked dough cannot be peeled off simply by reversing the baking plate.
The baked dough is forcibly peeled off using air, or the baked dough is inserted and lifted with a needle as in manual work, and the baked dough is adsorbed and peeled off in this state.

However, each of the conventional apparatuses is only designed to continuously perform the process of baking the Watsufuru skin, but not to continuously process the entire manufacturing process. Furthermore, although conventional devices have improved only the mechanism for taking out baked dough, if the release agent oil is insufficiently applied, the baked dough cannot be peeled off smoothly, making it difficult for continuous automated lines to do so. It would be unreasonable to incorporate it as a section.

In order to automatically carry out the entire manufacturing process of confectionery such as Watsuful, the baking mold, which is formed as a recess in the baking tray that moves continuously or intermittently during baking, has a three-dimensional structure. For this reason, it is necessary that oil as a mold release agent be automatically and uniformly applied or adhered to the entire surface of the three-dimensional baking mold. However, since the baking mold is a three-dimensional recess,
There are many sidewall parts, and oil does not adhere uniformly to these parts. This problem needs to be solved in conjunction with automation.

Furthermore, when taking out the baked dough from the baking mold, lifting of the baked dough is originally done by inserting a needle, and it is extremely effective to utilize this. However, when taking out the baked dough automatically, the baked dough is easily damaged by inserting the needle C. From this point of view, it is necessary to prevent the baked dough from being damaged when taking out the baked dough with the needle. .

First, in FIGS. 1 and 2, reference numeral 10 indicates a baking device, 20 a take-out device, 30 a cooling device, 40 a device for loading contents such as jam, and 50 a combining device. This baking bag [10] connects baking plates 11 like caterpillar pieces in an endless manner, and has a dough supply device @ 12 like a hopper at one end, and a heating device such as gas or electricity at the bottom of the baking plate 11. (not shown), and a heating source 13 is provided on the top. Therefore, one end of the dough supply giIl! The dough 14tf is supplied from F12 into the baking mold recess 11a of the baking plate 11 shown in FIG. 3, and the dough 14 is baked while the baking plate 11 moves continuously or intermittently.

An oil spray bag @15 and an excess oil suction device 16 are provided at the bottom of the grill plate 11. This spray bag N15 continuously sends oil as a release agent into the baking mold recess 11a of the baking plate 11, and has a spray nozzle that sprays oil upward and a collection part that collects the oil that does not stick. It consists of. Therefore, when oil is continuously sprayed from the spray nozzle onto the grilling plate 11 that moves continuously or intermittently, a portion of the oil will evenly hit the entire baking mold recess 11a even if there are irregularities. With η
However, the remaining oil is collected in the recovery section. In addition, the suction device 1
G sucks a large amount of locally attached oil from among the oil adhered inside the baking mold recess 11a, that is, excess oil, and removes it from the baking mold recess 11
This is to make the oil film on the surface of a uniform. For this reason, it consists of a device equipped with a suction nozzle, and in this way, an oil spraying device and a suction nozzle adjacent to it are used. If a position is provided, for example, as shown in FIG. 3, even if the baking surface inside the baking mold recess 11a is uneven, the oil will adhere uniformly over the entire surface.

Further, the take-out conveyor 22 is configured to move forward, enter from the back side of the baked dough 23, and retreat when a portion of the baked dough 23 is lifted. That is, take-out conveyor 2
2 can be configured to move forward or backward, and this mechanism can be configured as either one, but if configured as shown in FIG. 22 is the roller 2 at the tip.

Guide roller 2 fixed between these rollers 24,25
f3a, 26b are arranged so that tension is applied to the conveyor belt 27 by a spring 28. Therefore, when the moving roller 25 is moved forward in the direction of the arrow, the conveyor belt 27 moves forward together with the tip roller 24, and the tip of the conveyor belt 2γ enters from the back side of the baked dough 23, and the baked dough 23 is placed on top of it. When the movable roller 25 is slowly retracted when placed, the baked dough 23 is taken out onto the conveyor belt 27. Therefore, a part of the baked dough 23 is lifted up by the needle 21, but from that state the baked dough 23 is immediately placed on the conveyor belt 21, and then taken out by the drive of the conveyor belt 27.
The baked dough 23 can be easily taken out without damaging it regardless of the insertion of the needle 21.

Furthermore, approximately at the center of the conveyor belt 51, both side edges 51a, 51a are curved so as to rise. That is, as shown in FIG. 5(b), a curved guide plate 53 is provided at the center of the mating assembly M50, and along both guide plates 53 both side edges 51a, 51a of the conveyor belt 51 are curved. It is being stood up. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 5(a), when the baked dough 23 with the filling 41 placed on it enters from one end of the conveyor belt 51 and advances to the curved part in the center,
Both ends 23a, 23a of the baked dough 23 are bent by the conveyor belt 51 along the guide plate 53, and the contents 41 are combined by the baked dough 23, as shown in FIG. 5(b). Therefore, when exiting the curved part, the baked dough 23 is folded and brought together to form the Watsuful 60, and the Watsuful 60 as a product is automatically discharged.
