(57)【特許請求の範囲】(57) [Claims] 【請求項1】 一側に上型を開閉自在に蝶着した下型の
両側を間歇駆動される左右一対のチェンコンベヤに支持
せしめると共に前記上型の開閉端には開閉ローラーを軸
支し、前記左右一対のチェンコンベヤの始端部と終端部
とには夫々前記開閉ローラーを誘導案内する開放ガイド
と閉鎖ガイドを間隔をおいて設置し、始端部の開放ガイ
ドと閉鎖ガイドの間における開放した上型及び下型の上
方部には油塗布装置を、その前部の下型の上方部には原
料供給装置の充填ノズルを夫々設け、また終端部の開放
ガイドと閉鎖ガイドの間における下型の上方部には製品
取出し装置を設け、更に左右一対のチェンコンベヤの上
側中央部には電磁誘導加熱部を、下側には型予熱用電磁
誘導加熱部を夫々設けたことを特徴とする連続卵焼装
置。
1.
