Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a smooth, glossy and body-colored surface, by a method wherein a body- colored compound layer is laminated to a mold releasable film, a body-colored coating is formed, injection molding is performed by adhering and fixing the body-colored coating to a mold surface of a cavity for the injection molding, and the body-colored compound layer is laminated through adhesion along the surface of molding resin. CONSTITUTION:A film 4 of a body-colored coating is composed of a mold releasable film 8, body-colored compound layer 9 and adhesive layer 10 by covering the surface of the mold releasing film 8, on which the body-colored compound layer 9 is superposed, with the adhesive layer 10. The film 4 is stretched across a space between rolls 6, 7, the central part of the film 4 is stuck close to a mold face of a cavity 2, and the mold releasing film 8 and adhesive layer 10 are confronted respectively with a mold face side of the cavity 2 and a mold face of a core 3. Injection molding is performed, the film 4 is heated by heat of molten resin and stuck close to the surface of bumper molding resin S for lamination. Simultaneously with separation of the core 3 from the cavity 2, the circumferential surface of a molded product is cut off by an edge part 13, and the bumper molding resin S is released from the mold face easily through the mold releasing film 8. タリックコンパウンド層を成型樹脂表面に沿って密着積
層したことを特徴とする車両用ボディ色外装部品の製造
方法である。
