成形用キャビティの型面に密着固定して射出成形をなし
、溶融樹脂熱によりボディ色塗膜の硬化反応を完結させ
、ボディ色コンパウンド層もしくはクリア層を介してメ
タリックコンパウンド層を成型樹脂表面に沿って密着積
層したことを特徴とする車両用ボディ色外装部品の製造

ンパウンド層を積層してなるボディ色塗膜を、車両用外
装部品の射出成形用キャビティの型面に密着固定して射
出成形をなし、溶融樹脂熱によるボディ色塗膜の硬化反
応を完結させて、成型樹脂表面に沿ってボディ色コンパ
ウンド層もしくはクリア層を介してメタリックコンパウ
ンド層を密着積層したことを特徴とする車両用ボディ色
