Conventionally, in ricin painting and stucco finishing, sand was added to the paint to give the surface a matte finish. However, with items finished using this method, there was a problem in that paint was attached to the area around the sand, resulting in a lack of depth in the finish.

That is, in the present invention, a base paint 2 is applied to a waterproof substrate 1 having a fine uneven ground pattern a.
From above, apply adhesive paint 3 of approximately the same color as base paint 2 to concave portions b of uneven ground pattern a in an amount greater than convex portions c, and apply sand 5 to adhesive paint 3 to convex portions b. This relates to a surface decoration method for architectural boards, which is characterized by spraying the material in an amount larger than part c and applying Clear 6 on top of it, and by such a method, the material has a sandy texture. However, we were able to provide an architectural board that can give a sense of depth and calmness.

Reference numeral 1 denotes a substrate, which is a gypsum cement board made by slurrying gypsum and cement and drying and solidifying it, and has a fine uneven ground pattern a on its surface.
The substrate 1 may be made of other materials. Substrate 1 is the second
As shown in the figure, deep grooves 7 are formed on the surface over the entire width by router processing. An impregnating type sealer (waterproofing treatment) is applied to such a substrate 1, and then an appropriate base paint 2 is applied to the surface of the substrate 1, and a two-component urethane-based paint with approximately the same color as the base paint 2 is applied on top of this. Then, apply the adhesive paint 3 with low viscosity to the concave portions b in an amount more than the convex portions c using the reverse coater roll 18, and apply, for example, approximately transparent or white sand 5 on the adhesive paint 3 to the concave portions b and the convex portions. Then, a transparent clear coat 6 is applied on top of the spray, and a drying process is performed. Such surface treatment of the substrate 1 is performed in line production in the above-mentioned order while conveying the substrate 1 to a conveyor (not shown). In addition,
The base paint 2 may be applied using a roll coater or a flow coater.

According to such a method, a large number of sands 5 can be fixed on the base paint 2 using the adhesive paint 3 of approximately the same color as the base paint 2, and the convex portions c of the substrate 1 can be fixed.
The base paint 2 can be seen through the gap between the sand 5 and the sand 5, which has a smaller amount than the recess b in the upper part, and the base paint 2 and the sand color match to give a sense of depth. Furthermore, when substantially transparent or white sand 5 is used, the base paint 2 can be seen through the sand 5, and there is less sand in the recesses b than in the protrusions c of the substrate 1. Since the amount is large, the convex part c
is more glossy than the recessed part b, and this difference in gloss gives a deeper feeling, and the recessed part b has a matte effect. Since such sand 5 is fixed with a clear layer 6, it will not peel off, and by passing through the transparent clear layer 6, a deeper sense of depth can be created.

The construction board A has a fitting convex portion 15 as shown in FIG.
The connection is made by a fitting connection between the fitting recess 16 and the fitting recess 16. 17 is a seal. In addition, in the example,
Although the deep grooves 7 are formed in the substrate 1, the grooves 7 may not be provided. The concave groove 7 is not decorated with sand 5.

In summary, the present invention applies an adhesive paint of approximately the same color as the base paint to a substrate having a fine uneven ground pattern and is waterproofed so that the adhesive paint is applied to the concave parts of the uneven ground pattern more than the convex parts. Since more sand is distributed in the concave parts than in the convex parts, there is more sand in the concave parts of the board and less sand in the convex parts of the board, and this difference in sand amount causes a difference in gloss, in other words, there is less sand. The convex portions are more glossy, and the concave portions with a lot of sand are less glossy, which has the advantage that the convex portions appear floating and can give a deeper sense of unevenness. What's more, it feels like the sand is stuck in the adhesive paint, and the color and texture of the sand remains as it is, and by seeing through the clear coat, you can give it an even deeper feeling. Sand tends to flow into concave parts rather than convex parts, and by effectively utilizing this tendency, it is easy to apply and spread adhesive paint and sand to concave parts of an uneven ground pattern in a larger amount than to convex parts. It has the advantage that it can be carried out easily and the workability can be improved.
