After creating a vacuum between the holder and the document holder, exposure printing is performed from the document side.

Further, an intake groove 3 is formed in a predetermined range of the suction side surface of the elastic plate 2, and an intake pipe 4 connected to a vacuum pump is arranged in a part of the intake groove 3. The structure is such that the air in the intake groove 3 is sucked through the intake pipe 4, and the sensitive material 5 is sucked into the elastic plate 2 of the sensitive material holder 1.

Furthermore, when the degree of vacuum of the vacuum pump is increased, since the photosensitive material supporting portion is made of an elastic material, the suction grooves are deformed, blocking air, and the photosensitive material is deformed, making it no longer in close contact with the document.

A document holder configured to rotate by 90″,
It is constructed by providing a translucent glass plate 14 inside a rectangular frame 13. Reference numeral 15 denotes a photosensitive material holder configured to rotate by 90'' on the base 11 of the plate printing machine, and the holder 1 is square in shape.
6, an elastic plate 17 made of, for example, lonium material is stretched and supported. Reference numeral 18 denotes air suction holes formed on the elastic plate 17 at predetermined intervals, and are provided according to the size of the photosensitive material and along the outer periphery of the photosensitive material. The air intake holes 18 are arranged, for example, at intervals of 5 centimeters. Further, the air suction hole 18 is configured to have a diameter of about 6φ, for example. Reference numeral 19 denotes an air regulating body provided in the air passing portion 20 of the air suction hole 18, and is composed of, for example, about four small holes of about 2φ. By providing the air regulating body 19 in the air passage section 20, the sensitive material is locally strongly attracted and prevented from being deformed. 21 is a suction pipe connected to the air suction hole 20 from the back side, and is connected to a vacuum pump. Reference numeral 22 denotes a check valve provided in a part of the suction pipe 21, which operates according to the size of the sensitive material, and is configured to shut off air outside the outer periphery of the sensitive material. 23 is a solenoid valve provided between the vacuum pump 24 and the check valve 22, and is connected to the suction pipe 21.
Adjust the air flow to. 25 is a photosensitive material that is adsorbed and supported on the photosensitive material holder. 26 is a pin provided on the photosensitive material holder 15 for positioning the photosensitive material. Reference numeral 27 denotes a light source house provided on the outside of the document holder 12 side, and there are, for example, 3 to 5 light source houses inside.
It is equipped with a kilowatt light source.

することができる。As described above, in the present invention, air suction holes are formed on the support plate of a photosensitive material holder at predetermined intervals in accordance with the outer periphery of photosensitive materials of different sizes, and the photosensitive material supported on the photosensitive material holder is The air suction hole on the inside sucks air, and the air suction hole on the outside of the photosensitive material is configured so that it does not suck in air, so it draws air according to the size of the photosensitive material and securely transfers the photosensitive material to the photosensitive material holder. Can be supported by suction.
