反りを発生することが多く、その結果スイツチ3
の下面とプリント基板7の上面との間に第4図の
ような隙間aが発生してしまう。この状態でスイ
ツチ3が上方からPという力で押されると、大部
分の力はスイツチシヤーシ4で受け止められる
が、特にスイツチシヤーシ4の中央付近において
は、スイツチシヤーシ4も撓んでしまう。すると
スイツチ3の脚10とプリント基板7の下面の銅
箔9との半田付部分に直接力が加わることにな
り、半田付部が外れたり、銅箔9がプリント基板
7から浮いてしまい、接触不良、音切れ等の不良
発生の原因となつてしまう。
