The surface of a non-flammable rock wool board that does not contain carcinogenic substances is given a decorative finish, cutouts are made on the back side to form corners, and the steel structure is bent at the construction site to fit the steel structure. This invention relates to a fireproof covering method for steel structures that provides good appearance.

There is a hardening method, but it requires on-site injection work, which makes the construction process complicated, and the drawback is that it increases the size of the equipment and increases costs.

。Furthermore, as one of the general construction methods, fireproof covering boards mainly composed of asbestos are cut on site to match the steel beams and columns, and after the installation framework is installed on the base, the cut fireproof covering boards are individually cut. There was also a method of fixing using a combination of noncombustible adhesive and nails, screws, etc.

Cracks tend to occur later on, and asbestos is exposed on the surface, causing environmental pollution.

We provide a fire-resistant coating method for steel structures that eliminates the troublesome cutting work carried out on-site and shortens the construction period to a fraction of the time required by human labor. The structure is such that the surface of a rock wool board 1 is smoothed and a decorative sheet material 2 made of Kanreisho 2a or cloth and decorative paper 2b is attached to form a rock wool decorative board 3. A notch 4 for forming a corner is provided on the back surface of the plate, and the rock wool decorative board 3 is bent to fit the steel frame structure 5 and the steel frame structure 5 is covered with the notch 4.
