This resulted in a fatal defect in product quality. To solve this problem, a so-called roller-type traverse guide is known in which the thread is traversed by sandwiching it between two free rollers, but the roller-type traverse guide itself also has the problem of extremely difficult threading operations. Ta.

When winding is started, one end of the running yarn 1 is first wound around the rotating bobbin 4, and then the yarn 1 is held between the fingertips and moved around the free roller 2. It was inserted between 3 and 3. Normally, this kind of threading work is complicated because the thread and winding device are both in operation.
Furthermore, considerable skill was required to complete the dotting process within the limited dotting time.

装置によつて達成される。 Such an object of the present invention is to provide a traverse guide device for a winding machine that traverses a yarn by sandwiching it between a pair of free rollers. For a winding machine, the winding machine is arranged so as to match the yarn trajectory during steady winding on the roller, and at a position such that the yarn inserted through the opening fits into the gap between the free rollers. This is achieved by means of a traverse guide device.

In the figure, an annular guide 5 attached to the fixed shafts of free rollers 2 and 3, which are traverse guides, is generally flat and has an opening 6 in a portion thereof.

The thread moves from B to C (or B' to C') on its outer periphery, and is guided by the winding tension of the yarn between the space of the annular guide, that is, between the free rollers 2 and 3, and moves in a steady state. Enters the winding state.

Once inserted, it is in a non-contact state with the annular guide 5. For this purpose, the opening of the annular guide is located on the extension of the gap between the juxtaposed free rollers and approximately opposite to the attachment part of the annular guide, and has a size smaller than the roller gap, and the annular guide on the traverse guide so that the center of the space almost coincides with the yarn trajectory on the free roller during steady winding.
For example, it is important to fix it to the roller shaft.

The shape of the annular guide is, for example, semicircular,
Oval shape, triangular shape with rounded corners, flat plate shape, hemispherical or spherical shape, shape made of wire rod, materials such as iron, aluminum or their alloys, ceramics, plastics, or combinations thereof. The surface finish is generally a mirror finish, metal plating, satin finishing, Teflon coating, etc., and these may be selected as appropriate for implementation.

Moreover, during steady winding, the yarn and the annular guide are in a non-contact state, so that the generation of fuzz due to abrasion, which occurs in conventional fixed traverse guides, can be completely prevented.
