In recent years, the winding speed of yarn winding machines has increased from 3000 m/min to 6000 m/min due to improved productivity in melt spinning synthetic fibers and technological developments such as simultaneous stretching and false twisting.
It is also known that at the beginning of winding, the yarn is wound several times around the end of the winding tube outside the normal traverse range, and then normal traverse winding is performed. Various proposals have been made. In addition, due to improvements in winding technology and productivity in yarn winding machines, multi-segment winding is increasing, and the yarn at the beginning of winding is guided to the yarn hooking portions of several winding tubes. There has been a demand for reliable locking. Figures 1 to 4 show the thread winding operation in a conventional yarn winding machine.
The figure is a schematic front view of one unit of the yarn winding machine. Figure 1 shows the winding section when it is raised and retracted, and Figure 2 shows the winding section when the winding section is raised and retracted.
The figure shows when the wrapping part is lowered. Figure 3 is the first
It is a left side view of the figure. FIG. 4 is a schematic front view of one unit of the thread winding machine equipped with a thread hooking device. In these figures, a winding shaft 6 is provided on a frame 1 of a yarn winding machine so as to be rotatably protrusive at a fixed position, a window 9 is provided on the frame 1, and a winding section 5 is provided on a frame 1 for winding. It is provided facing the upper part of the shaft 6 so that it can be raised and lowered. The winding section 5 includes a drive drum 2 that is actively driven, a traverse guide device 4, and a traverse guide 3, which move up and down as one. A drum with grooves on its surface is provided in the traverse guide device 4 to rotate. 7,
7' is a winding tube inserted into the winding shaft 6. Further, 8 and 8' are thread hooking parts. Although the figure shows so-called two-part winding in which two winding tubes are inserted into the wind-up shaft 6, the structure is similarly explained for three-part or four-part winding. In order to wind yarn on such a yarn winding machine, the yarn being unwound is sucked into it using a yarn suction device, such as a suction gun, as has conventionally been used in other yarn winding machines. The winding was performed by guiding the thread to the thread hooking part of the winding pipe. That is, as shown in FIG. 4, a fixed guide 12 is provided above the winding section 5, where the yarns X and Y are first sucked by a suction gun 10 and passed through the fixed guide 12 and the traverse guide 3. . At this time, the threads X, Y
is traversed by the traverse guide 3. Although the yarns X and Y are shown overlapping with solid lines, the yarn at the back is X and the yarn at the front is Y. First, the yarn Y is held by the jig 11, and only the yarn X is guided to the yarn hooking part 8 of the winding tube 7 by moving the suction gun 10. Therefore, the yarns X and Y become X' and Y' as shown by the dashed dotted lines. Next, only the inner yarn X' is brought into contact with the surface of the inner winding tube 7 and guided to the thread hooking part 8, where it is locked. After the yarn X' is securely caught in the thread hooking part 8 of the winding tube 7 and winding has started, the yarn Y in the front is also removed from the jig 11, and the thread Y is securely caught in the thread hooking part 8 of the winding tube 7'. 8' to guide and lock it. An example of the thread hooking portion is a groove. As mentioned above, the winding speed of the thread winding machine has become extremely high, so the conventional thread threading work must be done skillfully and requires a high degree of skill, and it is difficult to carry out the thread winding work due to the extremely high winding speed of the thread winding machine. Because the work was done in close proximity, it was dangerous.

In particular, with a yarn winding machine that uses a drive drum to drive the winding tube, the winding tube is driven through the winding yarn layer, so the work must be done particularly quickly, and if the work is delayed, The yarn layer that has just started to wind up grows, causing a delay in the rotation of the winding tube, and when winding the next yarn, the yarn becomes slack, causing failures such as winding around the delivery roller. Furthermore, when the number of divisions increases, the threading work must be carried out in a short time and requires a higher level of skill. Therefore, the inventor of the present invention has arrived at the present invention as a result of intensive studies aimed at providing a threading device that can easily perform threading operations even when the number of divisions is increased. In order to achieve this object, the present invention has the following configuration.

Next, only the L-shaped swinging rod 22 is allowed to swing to the C position without moving the suction gun 10. At position B, the yarns X and Y become like the dashed lines X' and Y', and are guided in contact with the circumferential surfaces of the winding tubes 7 and 7'. The yarns X and Y that have passed through the yarn guide 21 are located directly above the yarn hooking portions 8 and 8' of the winding tubes 7 and 7', so that they come into contact with the circumferential surfaces of the winding tubes 7 and 7'. At the same time as the thread is caught by the thread hooks 8, 8' at this position, the thread between the suction gun 10 and the thread guide 21 is cut by tension. Then, after traversing for a while, it is removed from the traverse guide to create a tail thread, and then returned to the original traverse guide to wind up the thread. The L-shaped swinging rod 22 is fixed with the fixed pin 25 at the C position.
Since the and notch 32 come into contact with each other, the package becomes unrotatable and is retracted without contacting the package being rolled up. As described above, according to the present invention, the yarns X and Y can be guided and easily locked in the yarn hooking portions of the respective winding tubes by simply moving the L-shaped moving rod from the A position to the C position. Moreover, since the plurality of threads are locked without any time difference, troubles such as winding as described above do not occur. Furthermore,
Unlike conventional devices, no skill is required and there is no danger. In this specification, the case of winding in two parts is shown, but even in the case of winding in multiple parts such as three or four parts, winding can be done reliably and easily in exactly the same way as in the case of winding in two parts. Can be threaded onto the pipe. In addition, when creating the tail thread at the beginning of winding, since the thread has not been traversed, it is necessary to rotate the L-shaped swinging rod and move it in the axial direction to guide the thread to the thread hooking part. By changing the shape of the notch on the end surface of the cylinder shaft that contacts the fixing pin, the threading operation can be carried out without any inconvenience. As described above, the present invention is extremely useful because it has the remarkable effect of making it possible to reliably and easily thread the winding tube without requiring any skill during multi-part winding.
