材として取り出させるものである。 That is, in the manufacturing method of the present invention, a dummy tape is introduced between a grooved roll equipped with a stripping jig and a metal material introduced into the grooved roll and rolled, and rolling is performed. This prevents direct contact between the stripping jig and the metal material when stripping the rolled metal material from the groove, and allows the metal material to be removed as a high-quality metal shape without any scratches.

The metal materials 5 and 6 pulled out are subjected to chemical and mechanical pretreatment in pretreatment devices 3 and 4. The metal materials 5 and 6, which have been pretreated in this way to clean the surfaces to be bonded to each other, are heated in heating devices 7 and 8 until they reach a required temperature. The heated metal material is guided to a rolling welding guide 11 and rolled to rolls 12 and 13 of a rolling machine.
introduced in between. One of the rolls 13 is a grooved roll, and the metal materials 5 and 6 are caught in the grooves of this roll.
A predetermined rolling pressure welding is performed by rolling down the roll 12 in a state where the material is inserted. On the other hand, after the dummy tape 10 provided by the present invention is pulled out from a supply device 9 such as a reel, it is guided by a guide 11 and introduced between rolls 12 and 13 like the metal material.

It passes over a stripping jig 17. In particular, the stripping jig 17 has a smooth support surface 17a and a faceted tip 17b formed by an extension of the smooth support surface 17a, as shown in FIG. is introduced into the groove 13a of the grooved roll 13 while being applied to the circumferential surface of the groove 13a.

The grooved roll 1 is guided through the dummy tape 10 guided by the support surface 17a of the grooved roll 1.
It progresses in the direction of the arrow while being peeled off from the groove part 3. The dummy tape 10 attached to the composite profile 16 thus taken out is peeled off from the composite profile 16 after passing through the stripping jig 17 and wound up by the winder 15. Further, the composite material 16 from which the dummy tape 10 has been peeled off is wound up by a winding machine 14.

After cleaning the joint surfaces of these, the stainless steel tape 6 was heated to 100 to 200°C, and one of the aluminum strips was heated. The strip 5 is heated to 100 to 500°C, and the heated aluminum strip 5 and stainless steel tape 6 are attached with an iron tape serving as a dummy tape 10 on the surface of the stainless steel tape 6, and in that state, a 300φ Introduced into cast steel roll machine. The aluminum strip 5, the stainless steel tape 6, and the iron tape 10 that have been introduced are such that the iron tape 10 is a grooved roll 13.
The iron tape 10 is passed through between the rolls 12 and 13 so as to be on the side, and hot pressure welded at a reduction rate of 40 to 80%, and the iron tape 10 is peeled off along the groove of the grooved roll 13. The aluminum/stainless steel composite material from which the iron tape 17 had been removed was removed from the groove of the grooved roll 13 while being passed over the jig 17.

工業上に及ぼす効果は蓋し大きい。 As described above, according to the method for manufacturing a metal profile according to the present invention, in which a grooved roll is used and a stripping jig is used to peel the rolled material from the grooves of the roll, the rolled metal material is removed from the dummy. Since the stripping jig is passed through the tape, the obtained metal shape is not damaged at all, and therefore, high quality long metal shapes can be continuously manufactured. In particular, We have established a method for producing high-quality long materials such as trolley wires made of composite materials of aluminum and stainless steel.
The industrial effects are enormous.
