Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a rugged patterned steel plate without scratching rollers by escaping a runout table to a position which does not come in contact with a strip as a tensile force is acted by endless hot rolling on a strip behind the outlet of a finish rolling mill and rolling the strip with work rolls on whose surface a rugged pattern is worked. CONSTITUTION:The strip 1 of a 1st coil is rolled by work rolls 2b having no ruggedness on the lower side, and the runout table rollers 3 are escaped so that they do not come in contact with the strip 1 in such a state that a tensile force is applied from a 2nd strip pulled by pinch rolls and the finish rolling mill to the strip behind the finish rolling mill 2. When a rugged pattern is worked on the lower surface of the strip 1 of an arbitrary coil between the 2nd-(N-1)th coils, the strip 1 is rolled by the work rolls 2b and the work rolls 2a having a ruggedness on the lower side and when the rugged pattern is not worked, the strip is rolled by the work rolls 2b.

In Japanese Patent Application Laid-open No. 50-105534, as shown in FIG. 2, cuts are made in a steel plate by an upstream rolling roll 9, and rolling is performed by downstream rolling rolls 9a and 9b to widen the cuts to produce a perforated steel plate. Further, in JP-A-55-086601 and JP-A-56-006702, roughness is transferred to a steel plate using a rolling roll having a roughness.

Conventionally, when providing an uneven pattern to a strip in the hot finish rolling process, the pattern was applied to the upper surface of the strip. This is because if a pattern was applied to the lower surface of the strip, there was a problem that the strip would damage the run-out table and transfer the flaws to the subsequent steel plate.

Patterned steel sheets are often wound into tubes for use in vibrators (with patterns on the inside), but when coils with a pattern on the top surface like the one shown above are wound with a down coiler, the patterned surface becomes the outside diameter. Since the coil is wound facing the side, in the case of a winding tube, the coil must be re-wound in the opposite direction before winding.

In addition, steel plates with patterns on both sides of the strip are used for the purpose of maintaining the paintability and durability of steel plates that are coated with paint to prevent corrosion. It is applied by shot blasting. This shot blasting has the problem that powder remains on the surface of the steel plate, and additional steps are required.

The present invention solves the above-mentioned problems by using endless hot rolling technology, and provides a method for producing a textured steel sheet that prevents the uneven pattern on the surface of the strip from being transferred to the run-out table roller and causing scratches on the roller. The challenge is to provide this information.

[Means for Solving the Problems 1] The present invention solves the above-mentioned problems, and employs the following method. In other words, by endless hot rolling, the runout table is retracted to a position where it does not come into contact with the strip while a tensile force is applied to the strip after the exit of the finishing rolling mill, and the strip is rolled with a work roll whose surface has been processed with an uneven pattern. This is a method for manufacturing a steel plate processed with an uneven pattern.

■First, the strip 1 of the first coil is rolled with a work roll 2b that has no unevenness on the lower side, and the second strip, which is under tension with the pinch rolls and finishing mill, is rolled into the strip of the finishing mill 2 and beyond. With the force applied, the runout table roller 3 is retracted downward so as not to come into contact with the strip l.

The above explanation is an example of forming an uneven pattern on the lower surface of the strip 1, but it goes without saying that an uneven pattern can be formed on both sides of the strip 1 by rolling with the work roll 2a, which has unevenness on both the upper and lower rolls. Further, although the runout table roller is released downward in this embodiment, it may be released laterally.

Table 1 shows examples in which a concavo-convex pattern is processed on both sides of a strip according to the present invention, and the process is performed on both sides of the strip of product coils 2 to 9 in the manufacturing order. This kind of uneven pattern processing on both sides is done to improve paintability, but conventionally the strips were manufactured through a process of hot rolling, pickling, shot blasting, and powder removal using shot blasting. .
