Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 空気力を作用させて金線を上方向へ吹き上げる
    高圧空気吹き出し機構を有するワイヤボンダ装置
    において、高圧空気吹き出し機構からの高圧空気
    の吹き出し方向を切替えて前記金線への空気圧の
    作用を停止させる可動部と、電極結線用治具に挿
    通した金線の先端に形成される金ボールの成形不
    良を検出する検出回路と、該検出回路の出力に基
    いて前記可動部の動作制御を行う制御部とを有す
    ることを特徴とする金線抜け防止機構。
