Claims (1)
にアルカリ又は酸に可溶な金属の箔を貼り合せる
か或は真空蒸着、スパツタリング鍍金その他の方
法によりアルカリ又は酸に可溶な金属の薄膜層を
形成させ、この金属の全面にアルカリ又は酸に溶
けないインキにより微細な網の目状、又はその他
のインキが連続している模様に印刷し、後アルカ
リ又は酸により印刷されていない部分を溶解除去
して金属による網の目状、又はその他の連続した
模様の金属層をプラスチツク フイルム又はシー
トの上の全面に形成せしめて成る透視可能な電磁
波遮蔽用シート。 (2) プラスチツク シート又はフイルムの上に
形成された網の目状、又はその他の連続した模様
の金属層の上に透明なプラスチツク シート又は
フイルムを更に貼り合せるか或は塗工により透明
な皮膜を形成し得る塗工剤を塗工して成る実用新
案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の電磁波遮蔽用シー
