Claims (1)
- 両端部が支点支持されその途中に加重が印加さ
れる梁と、この梁の両端部に梁の水平面に対して
同一角度をもつて対向的に固定された一対のミラ
ー手段と、これらミラーに対して上記梁と直角方
向にスポツトビームを入射させる一対の光源手段
と、上記夫々のミラーよりの反射ビームが直交す
る位置を検出する光センサー手段と、初期状態に
おいて上記光センサーが同一位置において上記一
対のミラーからの反射光を受けるように上記一対
の光源手段の上記各ミラーへの入射角を自動的又
は手動操作により変更する調整手段とを具備した
形状変化測定装置。
