- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 基板を水平方向に搬送する搬送部材と、この搬
送部材の一端側の所定位置に上下移動自在に設け
られて該基板を収納する基板収納ケースとを有し
た基板搬送装置において、 前記搬送部材の一端側に該搬送部材の一端と基
板収納ケースとの隙間を調整する調整部材を上下
方向に回動自在に支持する一方、この調整部材と
搬送部材との間に該調整部材を水平状態に付勢す
る弾性部材を介在したことを特徴とする基板搬送
装置。
