Claims (1)
- 感光ドラムに付着したトナーを除去するための
クリーニングブレードであつて、上記感光ドラム
に対して一定の距離を保つよう一定の力で保持さ
れているブレード部材固定部に、長手方向に沿う
一側縁がクリーニング部となつた板状ブレード部
材をその長手方向を上記感光ドラムの軸方向に合
わせた状態で感光ドラムの外周面に円周方向に所
定間隔で複数個取り付け固定し、この複数個のブ
レード部材のクリーニング部と上記感光ドラム外
周面との隙間距離を、上記感光ドラムの回転方向
における手前側の隙間から前方側の隙間に向かつ
て一定間隔ずつ長くなるように設定し、上記複数
個のブレード部材のうちの手前側のブレード部材
が疲労して上記感光ドラムとの接触面積が増加す
るとそれよりも前方側のブレード部材のクリーニ
ング部が上記感光ドラムの外周面に当接するよう
にしたことを特徴とするクリーニングブレード。
