Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a rubber dam not to be fallen down abruptly without easy discharge of air even when suffering external damage penetrating therethrough by providing an adhesive layer for the inside of the rubber film of a falling and rising rubber dam. CONSTITUTION:A rubber, a liquid rubber, a filler, and a cationic surfactant are mixed together, and the mixture is coated on the inner surface of the rubber film 2 to form an adhesive layer 6. The film 2 is fixed to the river bed 3 by anchor bolts 4 to construct a rubber dam 1. The quick falling-down of the rubber dam 1 can be prevented without easy discharge of air from inside even when suffering external damage penetrating therethrough.
