態が互いに同一の場合は出力を発生せず、互いに
異なる場合にのみ出力を発生して異常を検知する
ように構成された異常検出手段と、 この異常検出手段の出力に応答して警報を発生
する警報手段と、 上記異常検出手段の出力に応答して上記リレー
に対する通電を遮断する電源遮断手段とを備えて
