、電源に負荷を介して直列接続された半導体スイ
ツチング素子ならびにその半導体スイツチング素
子のトリガ用リレー接点と定常状態で負荷電流を
通電させるリレー接点とを有しかつ上記入力信号
回路に電気的に絶縁された負荷回路と、上記半導
体スイツチング素子の発熱を感知して所定温度で
上記負荷回路を開放する感温素子とを備えた負荷
開閉装置において、上記トリガ用リレー接点と感
温素子の開閉接点とを直列接続して上記半導体ス
イツチング素子のトリガ回路に介挿したことを特
