素子と、この感熱素子により通電電流が制御され
るコイルを具備したリレーとを有し、所定の設定
温度領域においてリレーの接点をON、OFF動
作させるようにしたことを特徴とする温度スイツ
チ装置。 (2) 前記感熱素子は正の抵抗温度特性を有する
素子により、前記リレーはコイルとリードスイツ
チとによりそれぞれ構成され、周囲温度の上昇に
伴う所定の設定温度でリードスイツチをON状態
からOFF状態で変えるようにした実用新案登録
請求の範囲第1項記載の温度スイツチ装置。 (3) 前記感熱素子は負の抵抗温度特性を有する
素子により、前記リレーはコイルとリードスイツ
チとによりそれぞれ構成され、周囲温度の上昇に
伴う所定の設定温度でリードスイツチをOFF状
態からON状態に変えるようにした実用新案登録
請求の範囲第1項記載の温度スイツチ装置。 (4) 前記感熱半導体素子は、正の抵抗温度特性
を有する素子及び負の抵抗温度特性を有する素子
を直列接続することにより構成され、第1の設定
温度領域においてリレーのON、OFF動作を行
うとともにこの設定温度領域と異なる第2の設定
温度領域においてもリレーのON、OFF動作を
行うようにした実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記
載の温度スイツチ装置。
