タータにおいて、前記抵抗素子からの熱を検出して抵抗
値を変化させ、前記半導体スイッチング素子を介して流
れる電流量を抑制する制御を行なわせる感温抵抗素子を
設け、その感温抵抗素子を前記抵抗素子の表面とその抵
抗素子のリードワイヤとの間にその両側に厚さが略均一
で耐熱性にすぐれた絶第1図 縁材を介して挟持させ熱的に結合したことを特徴とする
