の出力が零になつたときリレー励磁コイルを非励
磁にして前記リレー接点を落下させるリレー駆動
部と、前記外部電源接続端子と接地接続端子との
間に前記リレー駆動部に対して並列接続された内
部電源と、前記外部電源接続端子側にアノードを
接続し前記内部電源のプラス極側にカソードを接
続したダイオードと、該ダイオードの短絡故障時
に前記タイマ部の入力側に内部電源電圧が印加さ
れるのを防止する手段とを備えて構成した電源内
