スタのコレクタ・エミツタ路が直列接続され、前
記駆動トランジスタがオンのとき負荷を駆動する
と共に、前記電源と駆動トランジスタのコレクタ
とが短絡状態のときに駆動トランジスタを保護す
る短絡保護装置を備えて成り、該保護装置は電源
と駆動トランジスタのベース間にエミツタ・コレ
クタ路が直列接続された制御トランジスタと、該
制御トランジスタのベース及び負荷と駆動トラン
ジスタのコレクタ接続点に接続されたバイアス抵
抗とを備え、前記短絡状態のときバイアス抵抗に
生じる電圧により前記制御トランジスタをオフに
し駆動トランジスタをオフせしめると共に、通常
状態において前記バイアス抵抗に生じる電圧及び
駆動トランジスタによりオン状態を維持し該制御
トランジスタを通して電源電圧を駆動トランジス
タのベースに供給するようにしたことを特徴とす
