グ用トランジスタと、このミユーテイング用トラ
ンジスタを駆動する駆動トランジスタと、この駆
動トランジスタの動作を制御する制御トランジス
タと、この制御トランジスタのエミツタに接続さ
れ且つ電源供給状態において逆流防止用ダイオー
ドを介して充電されるコンデンサと、前記制御ト
ランジスタのベースと電源供給線路間に接続され
た抵抗とを備え、電源が遮断された際、前記制御
トランジスタのベース及びエミツタにおける電圧
降下速度を相違せしめることにより前記制御トラ
ンジスタをオン状態に設定し、以つて前記駆動ト
ランジスタ及びミユーテイング用トランジスタを
オン状態にせしめるようにしたことを特徴とする
