(Prior Art) Sports clothing and casual clothing have traditionally been required to be active when worn, warm, and have functions and textures such as softness and bulk. Furthermore, as a trend in recent years, there is a preference for span-like appearance and texture. Polyester and polyamide are used as materials for making these clothes, but in particular, polyamides have the following drawbacks and are used less frequently than polyesters.

To solve this problem, so-called false-twisted fabrics using false-twisted yarns improve the bulkiness, but still lack the natural spun-like appearance. Furthermore, in order to improve the lack of natural spun-lined appearance, attempts were made to use threads subjected to so-called taslan processing. However, woven fabrics made from Taslan processed yarns have loops on the surface of the woven fabric, giving a natural spun-like appearance, but on the other hand, disadvantages arise.

In other words, Taslan processed yarn has disadvantages such as lack of bulkiness due to the structure of the yarn, and the fabric is hard and lacks flexibility.Furthermore, the surface of the fabric has roughness and surface roughness that are thought to be caused by Taslan Ru-1. Tsukakari loop friction is strong and a satisfactory result cannot be obtained.

On the other hand, there is a strong demand for highly durable water-repellent performance, mainly for sports clothing, and in order to meet this demand, we have developed a highly densely woven filament-based fabric and treated the high-density fabric with a water repellent. There are known products that undergo coating, film lamination, etc., but all of them have drawbacks such as a hard feel and noise when worn.

(Structure of the Invention) The present invention provides a high-density fabric in which the sum of fabric cover factors in the warp direction and the weft direction is in the range of 1800 to 3200, wherein at least one of the warp and weft has a difference in yarn length. A water-repellent high-density woven fabric comprising a two-layer crimped yarn made of two or more types of polyamide fibers having a water-repellent texture, the high-density woven fabric having fine irregularities containing a water-repellent resin on its surface. .

Two-layer structure used in the present invention +! The compressed yarn is composed of two or more types of polyamide fibers, the two or more types of polyamide fibers are mutually entangled, and the degree of entanglement IL is IL=50 to 20.
The range is 0 pieces/m, preferably 100 to 170 pieces/m.
It is within the range of m. When the IL value is IL<50, the appearance changes from a natural spun-like appearance to that of a mere filament false-twisted yarn, which is undesirable.
In the case of 200 pieces/m, not only will irritations remain on the surface of the fabric, significantly reducing the quality of the fabric, but also wrinkles will be generated during the finishing process, and these wrinkles cannot be erased even by heat setting in the finishing process. , IL≦200
Preferably, the two or more types of polyamide fibers constituting the two-layer crimped yarn have a yarn length difference between them, and the maximum value of the yarn length difference is 5 to 30%. More preferably, it is in the range of 10 to 25%. If the yarn length difference is less than 5%, the bulkiness of the fabric will be insufficient, the texture of the fabric will become hard, the appearance of the fabric surface will be unpleasantly irritated, the natural spun-like appearance will be impaired, and the fabric will become a mere filament-processed yarn fabric. On the other hand, if the yarn length difference exceeds 30%, fibers with long yarn lengths will form walnuts on the yarn surface, which will not only reduce the quality of the fabric surface, but also make it difficult to use such yarns. It is not preferable to carry out weaving in such a manner as it significantly reduces the weaving efficiency.

Further, the polyamide fiber having a long yarn length is mainly arranged in the outer layer of the two-layer crimped yarn, and it is important that the single yarn fineness is a fine denier of 1.5 denier or less.

Such a two-layer crimped yarn is produced by supplying undrawn polyamide yarn under high tension while drawing it, as described in JP-A-61-132646; An air nozzle that supplies the yarn at low tension at the same time as the drawn yarn, overfeeds it with a stepped roller having a diameter difference of 10% to relax it, and in this state blows out compressed air in a direction 45 degrees from the direction in which the yarn travels. An example of this method is to intertwine the fibers by applying a false twisting process.

The woven fabric of the present invention is woven using such a two-layer crimped yarn at least in the warp or weft, but during weaving, it is necessary to increase the density, which is expressed by the cover factor TCP. 3.200≧TCP≧1, 80
It is important to have a high density in the range of 0. The fibers of the woven fabric used are preferably chitose fibers and their variations, twill fibers and their variations.

In addition, the high-density fabric can be subjected to a water splashing process to form a finely uneven surface containing a water-resistant resin, and the water splashing process can be performed by a known method. The water repellent is applied by a method such as a spray method, a batting method, a dipping method, or a coating method.

(Action of the invention) The cassava-based high-density fabric thus obtained has a surface that is
Unlike conventionally known filament fabrics and false-twisted yarn fabrics, the yarns in the fabric have a high IL value, resulting in a natural spun-like surface appearance. Since there is no Taslan processed yarn on the surface of the fabric, the surface is soft to the touch and does not have the roughness of Taslan fabrics.

In conventional fabrics using filament raw silk and fabrics made with Taslan processed yarn, if the fabric is woven at a high density, it will only become stiff and will not have any repellent properties. On the other hand, if the density is low, the fabric will lack stiffness and become uneven. , although it was unusable,
By adopting the structure of the present invention, the texture is significantly improved as described above, and the fabric, such as a fine count fabric using high-quality cotton, can be used.
Appearance 2 surface, surface touch, and texture can be obtained.

Furthermore, when the woven fabric of the present invention is subjected to water-repellent chemical processing, water droplets float on the fine denier polyamide fibers on the surface of the woven fabric, resulting in a water-resistant effect with washing durability. That is, the fabric of the present invention uses a two-layer crimped yarn as described above, and the polyamide fibers in the surface layer of the two-layer crimped yarn have a fine denier of 1.5 denier or less. Because of this, it was possible to have a finely uneven surface even after the wansui process.

In particular, the woven fabric of the present invention has fine irregularities compared to woven fabrics made of conventional drawn yarns (unprocessed yarns), and has been subjected to water-flying treatment to include air layers in the woven fabric and the threads that make up the woven fabric. In this case, the water droplets that fall on the surface of the fabric become spherical, resulting in a high initial water repellency that is maintained even after wearing and washing.
