- ケース内に収容された半導体レーザ素子に、前
記レーザ素子の安全動作限界温度付近で抵抗値が
急変し、前記レーザ素子への駆動電流を発振しき
い値以下に制御する熱抵抗効果素子を近接して設
けた半導体レーザ装置。
