図であつて、第１図の要部に対応する図である。 １０：圧力容器、１２：外筒部、１４：隔壁部
、１６：内筒部、１８：底壁部、３０：円筒状部

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 外筒部と、その軸心方向中間部において該外筒
部と一体的に設けられた隔壁部と、該隔壁部の該
外筒部軸心方向一方の側に該隔壁部と一端部にお
いて一体的に設けられた内筒部と、該内筒部の他
端部と該外筒部の一端部との間に該隔壁部と対向
する状態で一体的に設けられた底壁部とを備えた
形式のエアサスペンシヨン用圧力容器において、 前記外筒部および隔壁部を樹脂にて一体成形す
るとともに、該一体成形時に該隔壁部の内周側か
ら該外筒部の軸心と平行な方向へ突き出す円筒状
部を形成し且つ該外筒部の前記一端部外周面に外
周方向へ突き出す環状突起を形成する一方、前記
内筒部および底壁部を金属にて一体的に成形し、
該内筒部の前記一端部を該円筒状部に気密に嵌合
させるとともに、該環状突起を前記外筒部軸心と
平行な方向において挾むように該底壁部の外周側
に位置する部分を該環状突起に気密にかしめ付け
たことを特徴とするエアサスペンシヨン用圧力容
器。
