Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 互いに結合されて１つの容器状をなすケース
１，２の内部空間を第１室１２と第２室１３に気
密区画するダイアフラム６の外周縁に形成され、
前記ケース１，２間に固定されるフランジ７を、
エラストマーよりなる圧縮部８と、該圧縮部８に
一体的に固着した剛性の大きな固定用リング１０
とで構成し、圧縮部８の端面の一部または全部を
固定用リング１０の端面よりも軸方向外側に突出
させて圧縮代９を形成したことを特徴とするダイ
アフラムフランジの構造。 ２ 請求項１に記載のダイアフラムフランジの構
造において、上記固定用リング１０の外周面は上
記ケース１，２に形成されたフランジ取付部４の
外径の周壁面５と嵌合することを特徴とするダイ
アフラムフランジの構造。 ３ 請求項１に記載のダイアフラムフランジの構
造において、上記固定用リング１０には、上記ケ
ース１，２を結合するボルト１４が挿通されるこ
とを特徴とするダイアフラムフランジの構造。
