ザを光源とする発光装置において、 上記半導体レーザを覆うキヤツプが透明な材料
からなり、 上記キヤツプの上記半導体レーザからの出射光
束が通る部分に該出射光束の非点収差を補正する
シリンドリカルレンズが一体に形成され、 上記キヤツプの反半導体レーザ側に上記シリン
ドリカルレンズを通過した光束を集光するコンデ
ンサレンズが設けられてなる ことを特徴とする発光装置。
