Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 半導体レーザを載置した基体と、光透過用
窓を有し前記基体に固着されるキヤツプとを有す
る半導体装置に於て、前記キヤツプは筒状体に透
明平板を樹脂接着剤で貼付したものである事を特
徴とする半導体装置。 (2) 前記樹脂接着剤は光硬化性樹脂である事を
特徴とする前記実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記
載の半導体装置。 (3) 前記透明平板は前記半導体レーザの主光軸
に直交する平面に対し１度以上１０度以下の角度
で傾斜して固定されている事を特徴とする前記実
用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の半導体装置。
