Ｏガスセンサを示す一部を切り欠いた側面図、第
５図はＣＯガスセンサの感ガス特性を示す特性図
である。 図において、１はセンサ素子、１０はフイルタ
本体、１１は繊維状活性炭、１３は本体ケースで
ある。なお、図中、同一符号は同一、又は相当部
分を示す。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 本体ケースに内蔵されたＣＯガスの感応体
と、前記感応体の検出性能を低下させる物質を除
去するフイルタ本体とを有するフイルタ付ＣＯガ
スセンサにおいて、前記フイルタ本体を前記本体
ケースと着脱自在な別体とし、前記フイルタ本体
に繊維状活性炭を用いたことを特徴とするフイル
タ付ＣＯガスセンサ。 (2) 前記繊維状活性炭をうず巻き状に重ね円筒
形状としたことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の
範囲第１項記載のフイルタ付ＣＯガスセンサ。
