第1および第2の信号を出力する増幅部と、前記
第1の信号をレーザのQスイツチパルスの後縁部
でサンプルホールドしてサンプルホールド信号を
出力するサンプルホールド部と、前記サンプルホ
ールド信号に加算されるオフセツト信号を出力す
るD/Aコンバータと、前記サンプルホールド信
号とオフセツト信号とを加算した加算信号と前記
第2の信号とを比較するコンパレータと、このコ
ンパレータから出力される比較信号又はこの比較
信号を反転した反転比較信号を入力するフリツプ
フロツプと、このフリツプフロツプからの出力信
号と前記Qスイツチパルスとが入力されるアンド
ゲートとを備え、このアンドゲートからの出力信
号によりレーザ光のオン・オフを制御することを
