Claims (1)
て光検出器に与え、この光検出器の出力電気信号
を信号処理回路で処理することにより前記被測定
物体の温度を求めるようにした放射温度計におい
て、前記信号処理回路を、ゲインが切り替えられ
そのゲインに応じて積分時間が変えられる積分機
能を持ち前記光検出器の出力信号が与えられる初
段アンプと、この初段アンプの出力を保持するサ
ンプル&ホールド回路と、その保持された出力を
対数変換する対数変換回路と、初段アンプのゲイ
ンを決定するために前記対数変換回路の出力より
コンパレータを用いて初段アンプのゲイン切替信
号を発生する回路と、前記サンプル&ホールド回
路の出力を増幅するためのゲイン切替を持つ第2
アンプと、前記対数アンプ出力よりコンパレータ
を用いて第2アンプのゲイン切替信号を発生する
回路と、前記第2アンプの出力をデイジタル信号
に変換するアナログ/デイジタル変換回路と、こ
のアナログ/デイジタル変換回路の出力信号を温
度に変換する演算を行う演算回路とで構成したこ
