図において、1はパルスレーザ装置、2はパル
スレーザ光、4は光電変換素子、5は可変利得増
幅器、12は利得可変信号、13は閾値制御回路
、R1,R2,R3は抵抗、Dはダイオード、V
は定電圧源である。なお、各図中同一符号は同一
または相当部分を示す。
