た作業機において、前記変速溝部材には、操作レ
バーの変速溝選択作動に連繋して、該操作レバー
が係合するとは逆の変速溝部材側に向けて変位す
るロツク体を対設し、該変位したロツク体によつ
て逆側変速溝部材のロツクを行うように構成した
