ロツド３１Ａ，３１Ｂと択一的に係合し且つ係合
したものを回動によつて摺動させるシフトレバー
４４を設け、前記操作軸４５に摺動復帰スプリン
グ４６を設けた走行車輌の変速操作装置において
、 前記変速台２７に低速用シフトロツド３１Ａ，
３１Ｂと並べてシフトレバー４４によつて作動可
能な高速用シフトロツド３１Ｃを軸方向摺動自在
に設け、前記摺動復帰スプリング４６をシフトレ
バー４４を挾んで左右一対設け、前記操作軸４５
に対して高速用シフトロツド３１Ｃを操作する際
に、抗力を付与する抵抗スプリング４７を設けた
