ール装置であつて、コントロールロツド２をフロ
アＦの下方に回動及び軸方向移動自由に支持して
、該コントロールロツド２にチエンジレバー１の
下端を固定すると共に、変速機Ｍのセレクト機構
と連結したセレクトレバー４をボデイに揺動自由
に支持して、該レバー４の一端を前記コントロー
ルロツド２に枢着する一方、このコントロールロ
ツド２に前記変速機Ｍのシフト機構と連動するシ
フトインナレバー７を固定し、前記チエンジレバ
ー１の前記コントロールロツド２の長さ方向に沿
う軸方向移動によりセレクト操作を、また前記チ
エンジレバー１の前記コントロールロツド２を中
心とする揺動によりシフト操作を行うごとく成し
たことを特徴とするキヤブオーバ型自動車におけ
