動によつて前後動を行うと共に変速レバーのセレ
クト方向の回動によつて回転動を行う1本のコン
トロールロツドと、コントロールロツドの前後動
をシフトシヤフトの回転動に変換する変換機構と
、コントロールロツドの回転動をセレクトシヤフ
トの回転動に変換するリンク・アーム機構と、シ
フトシヤフトに一体回転するように保持されると
共にセレクトシヤフトの回転動によつてシフトシ
ヤフトの軸方向に移動せしめられる作動レバーと
、作動レバーの回転動及び軸方向の移動にてよつ
て所定の変速動作を行う変速機構と、シフトシヤ
フト及びセレクトシヤフトを支持すると共に作動
レバー及び変速機構を内蔵するミツシヨンケース
と、コントロールロツドとミツシヨンケースとの
間隔を一定に保持するコネクテイングロツドとを
備えた変速操作装置において、前記シフトシヤフ
トをミツシヨン側シヤフトとコントロールロツド
側シヤフトとに2分割すると共にこれらをユニバ
ーサルジヨインドで連結し、前記ミツシヨン側シ
ヤフトに前記作動レバーを固着すると共にミツシ
ヨン側シヤフトを軸方向移動自在にミツシヨンケ
ースに支持せしめる一方、コントロールロツド側
