の壁面２ａに空気取入口６と、１対の空気送出口
７，８とを穿設し、空気取入口６をコンプレツサ
室４に連通させると共に、各空気送出口７，８を
空気溜室５に連通させる一方、前記一方の空気送
出口７を圧送空気の受入れ側装置の給気口に、ま
た他方の空気送出口８を流量調整弁１３の吸込口
１３ａにそれぞれ配管１５，１６を介して連通連
結し、前記密封ケース２の壁面２ａにコンプレツ
サ室４と連通するもう一つの空気取入口１８を穿
設して、この空気取入口１８に前記流量調整弁１
３の吐出口１３ｂを配管１９を介して連通連結し
