負荷を、その温間時にはエンジン回転数が所定の
第１回転数に到達するまで低減する一方、冷間時
にはエンジン回転数が上記第１回転数よりも高い
所定の第２回転数に到達するまで低減するように
制御する負荷制御手段を備えたことを特徴とする
