いて、油圧ポンプの吐出側にメインスプール及びパイロ
ットスプールを有する切換えバルブを設け、メインスプ
ールを、通常ポンプポートと吐出ポートとを連通ずるよ
うに保持すると共にポンプポートをタンクポートに連通
し得るように構成し、かつ該メインスプールにポンプポ
ートと閉塞側の室とを連通ずる絞り通路を形成し、また
パイロットスプールを、エンジンの始動回路に接続する
電磁アクチェータで制御し、かつ通常前記閉塞側の室と
タンクポートとの連通を断つように保持すると共に電磁
アクチェータの作動により閉塞側の室をタンクポートに
