るトルク伝達用アーマチユアと、前記第２の永久
磁石に対向する解放保持用アーマチユアと、外周
部がこれら両アーマチユア間に挾持保持され内周
部が前記回転軸側に固定された板ばねとで構成さ
れ、前記第２の永久磁石は前記係合手段が外れた
際、前記解放保持用アーマチユアを吸引移動させ
