上に空転自在に支承された第一の回転部材と正対
してその回転軸上に配置されるとともに、内周面
が前記回転軸の外周面とスプライン嵌合する環状
の第二の回転部材、(b)前記回転軸上に嵌装され
た非磁性材製軸受、および(c)その軸受を介して
前記回転軸上に空転自在に、かつ軸線方向不動の
状態で支承されるとともに、外周部が前記第二の
回転部材の外周部と着脱自在に係合する第三の回
転部材、によつて囲まれた環状空間内に、(d)環
状の永久磁石が、前記第二および第三の回転部材
の前記係合する外周部との間に空隙または非磁性
材製環部材を介して挿入してなる、過負荷防止電
磁クラツチであつて、前記第二の回転部材と第三
の回転部材との前記係合が、前記永久磁石によつ
て形成される、前記永久磁石、第二および第三の
回転部材を通る磁束の磁気吸着力によつて維持さ
れるとともに、前記第二または第三の回転部材の
いずれか一方に与えられる過剰の負荷によつて解
除されることにより、前記第二の回転部材と第三
の回転部材との間でトルクの伝達および遮断が達
