アと、このアーマチユアを前記ロータと同軸状に
回転自在に支持された従動軸上に支持する板ばね
と、前記アーマチユアをロータに磁気吸着する磁
束を発生させる電磁コイルとを備え、前記板ばね
は従動軸の軸線方向に弾性変形可能であつて常時
アーマチユアを固定部材に圧接させる方向に弾撥
力が作用するように初期撓みが与えられているこ
