能なアーマチユアを介し所定間隔をおいて対向す
る励磁装置を取付け、アーマチユアと取付プレー
トとの間に被制動軸に回転方向に係合された制動
デイスクを介装すると共に、前記励磁装置には、
アーマチユアを取付プレート方向に押圧する圧縮
コイルばねと、アーマチユアを励磁装置に吸着し
た状態に保持する永久磁石と、アーマチユアを前
記圧縮コイルばねの弾撥力に抗して吸引する磁束
および前記永久磁石によつて生じる磁束を相殺す
る磁束を発生する励磁コイルとが設けられている
