縮コイルスプリングと、前記フィールドコアの前方に所
定の間隔をへだでて固定した同一軸線上配置の受圧板と
、前記アーマチュアと受圧板との間に環状の所定部分が
臨み、被制動回転部材と一体に回転する摩擦板とを有し
てなる負作動形電磁ブレーキにおいて、アーマチュア及
び受圧板における少なくとも前記摩擦板との当接面にゴ
ムコーティングを施し、かつ、摩擦板を軟質のプラステ
