(Prior art) Conventionally, when cleaning the exterior windows of buildings where the windows cannot be opened, a scaffolding board is suspended from the roof of the building using a rope, etc., and a worker stands on this scaffolding board and sweeps by hand. The windows were cleaned by wiping, and a separate worker manually cleaned the inside surfaces of the windows. Some window cleaners have a built-in mechanism that automatically rotates the sweeper, but in this case too, the worker holds the window cleaner in his hand and cleans the interior and exterior surfaces separately.

When cleaning window glass, etc., there is little point in wiping only one side of the glass, and it is necessary to wipe both sides. In order to reduce the work of wiping both sides as much as possible,
There is a glass cleaner that uses the attraction force of a magnet to attract a pair of cleaning tools to each other across a glass surface. For example, the glass cleaner disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 53-96264 has a pair of outer casings each housing a magnet, a soft rubber backing plate, and a cleaning medium such as a water-retainable sponge. The opposing homopolar surfaces are made to have different polarities so that they are attracted to both sides of the glass. Japanese Patent Publication No. 53-5
Glass cleaner No. 4867 has a removable sponge exposed in the center of the housing, magnets covered with cloth are installed on both sides, and bombs, brushes, etc. are attached to the ends. These are placed on both sides of the glass so that they stick to each other, and a handle is attached to the back of one of the casings, and by manually operating the handle and moving it along the glass surface, the other casing can be moved to the glass surface. , and clean the inside and outside surfaces of the glass at the same time. In addition, the window glass cleaning tool disclosed in JP-A No. 53-10557 has magnets covered with a soft resin film attached to both ends of a U-shaped holding frame in a flange-like manner, and a sponge is placed inside the U-shaped holding frame from the surface of the magnet. It is housed so that it protrudes slightly,
The window is cleaned by holding the holding frame directly by hand or by attaching a long handle or the like to the holding frame and operating the handle by hand to move the holding frame vertically and horizontally along the glass surface. In addition, as in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 56-34323, the window cleaner on the outside of the window glass is configured by detachably attaching a sponge to an iron plate, and the window cleaner on the inside of the window glass is attached to a permanent magnet or an electromagnet with a similar type of sponge. is removably attached and a handle is attached to the magnet, and by moving the inner window cleaner up and down and left and right, the outer window cleaner is also attracted to the inner one and moves in the same direction. or, as in Japanese Patent Application Laid-open No. 47-24171 and Japanese Utility Model Application No. 57-45841, the area around the suction iron piece is Some have multiple balls or rollers attached to them.
There is also a device such as No. 5630 in which a permanent magnet is embedded inside a porous hydrous soft elastic object such as a rubber sponge. All of the above are examples in which the internal sweeper and magnet are fixedly arranged relative to the outer casing, but as in JP-A-48-83658, a magnet equipped with a brush is rotatably housed within the frame. In some cases, the magnet is rotated relative to the frame by an electric motor attached to the frame, and a brushed magnet on the outside of the window glass is driven to rotate. However, in this case as well, the operator manually operates the device frame to move the cleaning device vertically and horizontally along the window glass.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) In all of the above-mentioned conventional window glass cleaning devices, the operator must hold the cleaning device on at least one side of the window glass in his hand and manually move it along the glass surface. Naturally, even indoors, high windows require large and strong scaffolding means, and there is a limit to stability, and the scaffolding may shake while the equipment is being moved. It is dangerous, and beginners cannot get rid of their fear. As described above, the conventional device ultimately requires manual window cleaning, which requires time, effort, and skill.

With the above configuration, cleaning patches 2 on the inside and outside of the window glass,
3 have their respective magnetic members magnetized, so they are attracted to each other by their magnetic adsorption force across the window glass 1, and are held on the window glass surface. In this state, when the rotary motor 11 is driven and the annular magnetic member 5 on the inside of the window glass is rotated around the shaft 7 via the rotating shaft 7, the annular magnetic member on the outside of the window glass is attracted to this. 5' also rotates while remaining in contact with the outer surface of the window glass. This annular magnetic member 5' is pivotally supported by an outer magnetic member 4' through a rotating shaft 7', and the outer magnetic member 4' is attracted to the outer magnetic member 4 inside the window glass. There is no need for co-rotation. If the cleaning patch 2 on the inside of the windowpane is moved over the entire surface of the windowpane 1 by the aforementioned control device and robot device, the cleaning patch 3 on the outside of the windowpane will be moved in the same way, and eventually the cleaning patch 3 on the outside of the windowpane will be moved over the entire surface of the windowpane. The glass surface can be automatically cleaned while the annular magnetic member rotates and moves along the glass surface. In order to prevent the cleaning patch 3 on the outside of the window glass from accidentally falling, it is preferable to connect the end plate of the cleaning patch to a wire suspended from a suitable fixed part of the building with a bend.
