[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Field of Industrial Application] This invention relates to a coating film structure for a metal member, and in particular, a coating film formed on the surface of a metal member having a processed (cutting) surface and an unprocessed surface. It's about structure.

Recently, a part of the surface of a metal member is cut to form a shiny surface, and in addition to making use of the shine of this processed surface, the unprocessed surface is colored, etc., thereby creating a contrast between the two (processed surface and non-processed surface). There is a method that uses I. to make the processed surface stand out.

However, since this clear coating film was an organic coating film, (1) the adhesion between the coating film and the processed surface was poor, resulting in the processed surface being susceptible to rust. In addition, (2) it has good adhesion to dirt, and because it is soft and easily scratches, it is difficult to remove dirt adhering to the paint film on the processed surface, resulting in the inconvenience that the beauty of the paint film is impaired. I had it.

On the other hand, it is also possible to apply an inorganic coating film to the surface of the processed surface, but as mentioned in (1) above, if the thickness of the inorganic coating film is increased, it will separate from the processed surface of the metal member. (2) Inorganic paint films have the disadvantage that the firing temperature of the paint is high, so the metal parts are likely to change in quality during firing.

[Means for Solving the Problems] The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned disadvantages, and the gist thereof is to provide a metal member having a processed surface and an unprocessed surface, and to provide an organic material on the unprocessed surface. In the coating film structure of a metal member in which an inorganic coating film is applied to the processed surface, the chemical structure of the chemical substance constituting the inorganic coating film is an alkyl group or an aryl group. This is a coating film structure of a metal member characterized by containing an allyl group.
