圧帰還回路と、該各帰還回路にて検出された検出
信号をデジタル信号に変換して上記CPUに供給
するモニタ回路とを備え、上記増幅器の出力端子
に被測定物を接続することにより、その被測定物
から印加される電圧、電流を上記各帰還回路およ
び上記モニタ回路を介して適宜測定し得るように
した直流電圧・電流発生装置において、 上記増幅器の出力側に、電流検出用抵抗および
電圧測定用抵抗を含む測定回路を切替え手段を介
して接続可能にするとともに、上記増幅器にその
増幅率をほぼ1とし得る帰還回路および該帰還回
路を選択的に開閉するスイツチを設けてなること
