Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 入力直流電圧を該電圧値に対応した周波数
    の交流信号に変換する電圧周波数変換回路と、 前記交流信号を昇圧するフライバツクトランス
    と、 前記フライバツクトランスの交流出力をダイオ
    ード及びチヨークコイルを用いて直流電圧に平滑
    して出力する平滑回路と、 を含むＤＣ―ＤＣコンバータにおいて、 前記平滑回路のダイオードとチヨークコイルと
    の間に直列に設けられた負荷電流検出抵抗と、 前記負荷電流検出抵抗及びチヨークコイルの直
    列回路両端電圧が所定基準値を上回つた際前記電
    圧周波数変換回路に変換停止信号を供給し、前記
    両端電圧が所定基準値を下回つた際前記電圧周波
    数変換回路に変換停止解除信号を供給する保護回
    路と、 を設けたことを特徴とするＤＣ―ＤＣコンバー
    タ。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲(1)記載の装置にお
    いて、 前記保護回路は、負荷電流検出抵抗及びチヨー
    クコイルの直列回路両端電圧が所定基準値に達し
    た際オン作動するトランジスタを含み、該トラン
    ジスタがオン作動することにより変換停止信号を
    出力し、前記トランジスタがオフ作動することに
    より変換停止解除信号を出力することを特徴とす
    るＤＣ―ＤＣコンバータ。
